Hi again.
![]() Great idea to ask here. Wiix has told me that their browser is Internet Explorer. As I mentioned, I had a problem when using Safari. Couldn't change mood so ended up using Firefox to change it. People have mentioned problems with the My Mood feature when using Chrome as well. |

I wonder if it could depend on which Forum Skin a person is using?
Would that affect the "My Mood" setting? I'm using "Curves" and My Mood changes fine for me in that although I'm now back on Firefox instead of Safari. I tested a couple of others and they changed as well but I haven't tested all of them. [Forum Skin is down the bottom in User CP - Settings and Options - Edit Options] |

Chemar has said that if there are unread Private Messages, the mood changer will not work.
Almost all people who had difficulties here have had success with changing the browser, and/or reading the notifications that might be clogging up the system.

Some times the Moods changing list is slow to load... if you hover over it and wait a bit...
Or a few times it will show as only as white spaces but you can click to see what mood it will change to,,,

Are you both using IE as your browser?
I really suggest trying Firefox , it has always seemed to load pages much quicker than when I used IE.. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ I don't particularly care for the way Chrome is set up...and some had same trouble with moods.. and there are many other free browsers too. https://www.comodo.com/home/browsers...abfb3b65705815 rated listing of browsers- http://internet-browser-review.toptenreviews.com/ If you decide to try some and need help with installing let us know, but usually is an easy click to download and then after all saved on your computer - click the file to install..
