Default Help with Adblocker, please!

Been using Adblocker Plus for a long time with Firefox, no problems. After downloading Windows 10, I've been prevented (well, it's a process now) from using my Ebates cash back button on the toolbar. Tonight I tried the offer of temporarily disabling Adblocker, which worked just fine. Turned it back on, and now I get ads where I never did before, on the Decorah Eagles webcam.

Found something about Adblock filter preferences, and reset something relating to Ebates, and that worked. Now I don't have to disable Adblock to use the Ebates button.

On the Filter Preferences, it says: "Firefox - Click the Adblock Plus icon and select Filter preferences. Uncheck Allow some nonintrusive advertising." Mine is unchecked but ads still come through.

How did temporarily disabling Adblock cause it to remain disabled on that one site? How do I un-un-disable it? I tried restarting my computer.
