There is no difference in the pro version and free version of malwarebytes other than the pro works in the background trying to make sure you keep protected. The scans are both the same.

There is also no such thing as a perfect antivirus.

I have working on computers for 20 years and just about seen it all.

There are many malware help sites on the internet that can help you and I highly suggest you post there instead of here. google bleeping computers and smartest computing and you will see malware forums to post to.
