Default da choccy lovin' monkey needs HELP!

ok...so i know i goofed up and updated my zone alarm and got the version that has caused problems....

i haven't done anymore updating, so i still have it. and i'm not very confident about removing it, but i do have an older version setup still on my desk top if i have to.

what i need help is that some new program is bugging the crud out of me. zone alarm is blocking it. it says it's "high". i would do a screen shot, but i'm not sure if we can post that here yet.

the program name is just a square symbol. and another one is 0'and then the square symbol.

what is this and how did i get it? i have mcaffe running all the time. i run adware everyday..same with spybot. i keep zone alarm set on high....
