Default da choccy lovin' monkey needs HELP!

ok...so i know i goofed up and updated my zone alarm and got the version that has caused problems....

i haven't done anymore updating, so i still have it. and i'm not very confident about removing it, but i do have an older version setup still on my desk top if i have to.

what i need help is that some new program is bugging the crud out of me. zone alarm is blocking it. it says it's "high". i would do a screen shot, but i'm not sure if we can post that here yet.

the program name is just a square symbol. and another one is 0'and then the square symbol.

what is this and how did i get it? i have mcaffe running all the time. i run adware everyday..same with spybot. i keep zone alarm set on high....

total weirdness. after i posted last night, i had to re-start my computer. i was in aol-h*ll. it had taken me 2 hours to get online. i kept getting a busy signal. this square thingy was happening then.

after i re-started the square program wasn't trying to launch. and stupid adobe update manager was! i went back and tried to look for the log that showed the square. it wasn't even there 999 alerts back. adobe was persistant!

i heard something about an at&t hacking. do yo think i was being hackled? or somebody trying to? aol is absolutly no help with this.

i'll send you the screen shot that shows the program zs. it doesn't give any details and with the log missing, i don't have the ip destination.

down load what and install what clouds? the older version of zone alarm? from what i have read there is a glitch in a dll file or something, so it doesn't uninstall. i was ready to take care of it when the old bt crashed and that is where the post was that told about it.

zs kindly gave me a program that i think got rid of it. there were 3 things that weren't cookies that the program got rid of. spyware.wheaterbug ,
spyware.coupons , and spyware.minibug

Hmmm

I think you still have the same problem though. Neither of those would do what I saw on that screenshot.

Ok sometime tomorrow I will be emailing you another link with instructions.

I've been ill all of this week and the last two days have really kicked my head in.

I will definately get that list back to you tomorrow or monday.

Then we can see what is still there.

Too bad you're not close enough for me to just come on over.
