Don't know how to find oput who the administrators or mods are.

And, when I tried to add my avatar, it showed up in the "Your Current Avatar" section, but I received a message saying Upload of file failed. Doesn't say why, and the same file worked on MSWrold board, which uses the same system, so it must be an OK size.
