Default Stupid Image Spam!!!! Grrrr!

I use outlook express and have been googling like crazy trying to find a "rule" to to set up to get rid of these. I'm getting them at the rate of about 2 an hour. It's usually related to some penny stock, and I know it's common. It's the spam you get advertising cheap penny stock, but there is no keyword you can set up a rule to because body of the message is actually an image, rather than just typed words.

Has anyone figured out how to set up a rule to get this to not download? Or know of a FREE downloadable spam filter?

Also...what is the difference between "delete from server" and "do not dowload from the server" in the outlook express message rules?

Thank you muchly!
