ok well, first things first, it doesnt say NO it says 'on'

not exactly sure what you are talking about is this in your upper tool bar, I use firefox and I have many links dragged up to the tool bar on top. you might notice in the address bar before the http there is an icon if that icon is dragged to your tool bar it places that icon there, so maybe someone dropped a link there???

You have firefox and you have icons on your toolbar??

I just looked up and all it says on top is:

favorites icon - NeuroTalk Communities - Mozilla Firefox.

NO ICONS.

Where do I see icons?

I feel like a complete dope.

lol

Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?

Just a guess, yet does the FL represent: Favorite Links?

Did you try making a second favorite - to see if it does the same thing?
I'd just make a new favorite/bookmark and delete the messed up one.

Also sometimes the icons may get scrambled {I don't know why..}-

I have Firefox.
Underneath it it says:

File Edit View History Bookmarks Tools Help

I also have (to the left of my screen), all my BOOKMARKS.

I right clicked on the top of the firefox thing, but all it prompted me to do was RESTORE, MINIMIZE, MAXIMIZE CLOSE.

I have no idea what this icon at the top of the toolbar is....but since I have all my bookmarks (favorites) on my left, well, I guess I'll be happy with that.

UNTIL ALAN GETS A NOTION TO GO AND CHANGE AND RE-ARRANGE ALL THE BOOKMARKS.

Good Lord, this man is dangerous with a mouse.!!

lol
