Thumbs up Make your own bound book!

My son sent us a wonderful present yesterday.
It is a 22pg bound book of his photos from vacation this year.

Apple runs a website that takes Apple applications and makes things for you!
www.apple.com/support/photoservices/ww/.

You have to join and log in, but that part is free.
Easy to do.

So I called him up, and he said this book cost $30.
It is a wonderful thing, and beautiful. We are going to have him make each of US one of our own in the future.

There is another company called Blurb:
http://www.blurb.com/create/book/photobook

He said he tried it, but the set up was more difficult, so since he has an Apple system he used that one.

So I thought folks here may enjoy this possibility!

Default looking to create a book too

Thank you so much!!

I'm creating a journal for a group I volunteer for - and I'm just now beginning to look into how to get it published.

I received a bound photo book from my son last year for Christmas. It was his two children from birth til Dec '07. I love it.

Maybe that is what I will do for Joslyn's mom. Can't find much cheaper but awesome gift that is for sure.

What a wonderful idea. I'll have to look into that, but I have a feeling that it will be beyond my capabilities right now....but I'm learning all the time, and I'm getting there. Another one to put on my list of things to learn about.
