claude, i posted to you on your other thread about setting up a social group. that can be private.

posting on the regular forums at neurotalk is public.

You can set up a Social Group from your User CP and when you set it up you can choose for it to be private , invite only or public.

Your User CP is in the colored bar area up and to the left.

once you set up the group, you send the invitations to people you want in the group.

invitation notices will show up on the top right side under the persons name. it says "your Notifications". the menu appears with all the options.

Someone correct me but I think that invite-only social groups are still visible to all, but only the members of the group can participate in it.

I'll go create one and not invite anyone just as a test.

You are right. I can read it.

I made a moderation one. Not sure about what that means or if it can be seen.
