Are there any good simple easy lessons on how to print in different sizes in Photo Shop Elements? I can not for the life of me print a 4 by 6 and now I can't print a 8 1/2 by 11after messing with the controls.

I'll see if I can find the printing info about elements , but for now I found a nice Photo editing program that's free.
Photoscape - http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/index.php cnet.com -Photoscape info, reviews & download link http://www.download.com/PhotoScape/3...-10703122.html on the print section in Photoscape you can pick the size you want from a drop down menu

I took a class for Photo Shop and the best advice I have for you is go to the book store and pick up a Photo Shop for Dummies book. That is what our instructor used. It is the best book on the market for teaching how to use and fix the problems with the program!!
I use Photoshop for my landscape design business and love it...along with another program that I use...it can be cumbersome at times.

I've sent you a PM too. But you might want to check out these (from Photoshop Help files) and also note the last part of the post---it looks like you may be able to reset values by holding down Alt and clicking Reset (if you see a "Reset" button anywhere).
From the Help files: Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 * Printing overview Different printing options A. Individual photos B. Contact sheet C. Picture package D. Labels Before you print your photos, you need to let Photoshop Elements know some basic information about your print job, such as the paper size you are using and the page orientation. Set these options in the Page Setup dialog box. You might also need to specify measurement units in the Preferences dialog box. About PRINT Image Matching (PIM) and Exif Print PRINT Image Matching (PIM) technology ensures that PRINT Image Matching-enabled digital cameras and printers work together to produce the best possible prints. The PIM technology lets the Epson® printer identify print-specific information for each image captured by the digital camera and provides improved color, quality, and detail in prints. Exif 2.2 (Exif Print) uses the information (Exif tags) in photos from digital cameras that support Epson’s Exif 2.2 (Exif Print). The Exif Print-supported printer uses these Exif tags to ensure optimal processing and enhance the print output. Check your printer’s documentation for details. Keep in mind the following guidelines when using the PIM and Exif Print options in Photoshop Elements :
You can print a single photo in the Editor.
Print photos in the Organizer In the Organizer, the Print Photos dialog box shows a list of photos to be printed, the middle section shows a print preview, and the right side lets you set options for the print job. If you change a print option, Photoshop Elements updates the preview, which may take a few seconds, depending on how many photos you’re printing. If you’re printing more than one page of photos, the pages appear as thumbnails in the Print Photos dialog box. Use the Navigation buttons ![]() ![]()
You might need to change the print dimensions and resolution if you are sending the image to a print shop that requires files to be at a specific resolution. If you are printing directly from Photoshop Elements, you don’t have to perform this procedure. Instead, you can choose a size in the Print dialog box and Photoshop Elements applies the appropriate image resolution. Note: To change only the print dimensions or the resolution, and adjust the total number of pixels in the image proportionately, you must resample the image.
