Question Help with permanent info. on posts??????

I am on the forum for RSD and Chronic Pain and others. I noticed that some participants on various forms list their conditions and tretments under their post each time. It appears that it is a permanent part of their post and they do not type it each time they post. For example: check out A Tall One and LisaM on RSD forums. Their posts include this medical info. How could I add that to my post so I don't have to explain my condition each time I post. That would save so much extra time and help my aching hand as well. Is it possible? I can't imagine they are typing that each time.
Thanks,
Sydney

Hi,
Go to your user CP at the top of the page, click on it and find the signature option and then type in your conditions/meds and click save.
Hope this helps.
