Kaspersky and Trend Micro, with AdAware or Spybot Search & Destroy- ought to handle just about what you need.

Be careful with any spyware product you find, NOT listed at Majorgeeks. His is the only place I trust to find what I need. Members of that site's forum are members of ASAP

When I downloaded a copy of Spybot from Download.com a few years ago, it had a virus, the copies at Majorgeeks were clean. But it taught me one lesson, ALWAYS scan whatever I download from ANY place and always read the EULA.
