your other sounds all work on the computer though right?

I went to yahoo Help -- Report a problem. It said to click OK which would close messenger. then it said when you signed back in to try to use the feature and then do the report a problem and the info would be sent to them.

So I cllicked OK and it closed. Then I signed back in and clicked on my son's name to send him a message. Then I clicked an audible and it WORKED...lololol

Try that and if it doesn't work, then follow the rest of the procedure to report it.
