it would seem a strange start to a thread on "coping with grief and loss" but i haven't been here for almost 2 years, i got an email which brought me back.
i knew you guys had played a huge part in helping me cope but i never realised just how much.
to all that come here searching for friends and understanding. you have found the right place.
i'm sorry you have came here but i'm also glad you did.
