Heart a thought to a brother

Today one of my brothers passed away. So young in age, so old in suffering. I went to the funeral. The other brothers went too, and the pain is so big that when we hug each other it was possible to feel the crying souls.
I wish all prayers to the so loved brother who is no more with us and to the so loved brothers who stay crying with me.
Thanks for listening.

Maryann,
thank you very much.
Yes, the pain is so immense. It's hard to believe that it will not cut me inside in many many pieces...
It's so good to hear something in this moment. Thank you again...

Default I know the feeling

Bluestone,

I know how you feel. I just lost my brother on May 27th. One month after I lost my mother.

Both to Cancer.

You feel like you have lost part of your soul.

May the Lord bless you thru your grieving.

Peggy

Peggy, thank you for your words.
I also lost my mother, but it was when I was a teenager.
You are right, I feel like I have lost part of my soul.
He was one of my eldest brothers. He was a twin. When I see the face of the other twin, I feel a deep pain in my chest. They were close all their lifes.
I hope he and the other brothers have the strengh to cope with this second major lost and hope God bless all them, and you too.

Smile Death of a brother

Hang in there, I have been thru the same situation, it was my son at age 37 that he passed from muscular dystrophy, our daughter took this very hard as they were so close. I felt like my son and I had the same spirit sometimes, its so werid to describe, but we thought so much alike and I truly felt as tho I had lost part of my soul. It has now been 5 years ago and time does help to heal the hurt, but you never forget about them, I think of my Jeff everyday. Hope this helps to know that we did finally get thru the grieving period.

Celia

Arrow The death of a husband~

I too, lost my husband last year. I am grieving worse now than I did then. The depression doesn't seem to leave, even though I take pills for it every day. I want to go places, but not alone. My friends have husbands and it seens I don't like being a loner.

Know that this is natural, and someday things will get better.

Yes, Celia, somehow we get thru the grieving period. These days, one month and some days later, I feel as the pain is under some kind of annesthesia, but I know I could feel it again the next second.

Sometimes I think my brother is happy in an invisible world from where he sends me a message: don't be sad, I'm Ok. This thought give me some strenght. I have generalised myasthenia, diagnosed only last year. It is in fast progression. Eight months ago I was able to walk and now I´m not. The medicines are not working yet and strenght is something that I miss every day. Some days I feel that I lost my spiritual strenght too, and you don´t imagine how important is to read all the messages I received in this forum... Thank you.
