Default Nothing but greif and loss!

Thats what I've been dealing with my entire life.
How do others come to terms with constant pain and suffering without let up?
What is it that finally makes you understand that "LIFE is worth living?"
I would never take my own life...so don't think this...its not an option or way out for me that I would ever choose...but I do find it hard to keep putting one foot in front of the other, day after day...especially when the pain gets to be too much....meds only do so much afterall.
And then there's all the losses I've had...so so many...is mind boggling.
Thanks for understanding and support.

Still life is worth living no matter how bad my pain is....there will be a better day....I tell myself this often, and the sun breaks through the clouds...and I smile!
