Default Nothing but greif and loss!

Thats what I've been dealing with my entire life.
How do others come to terms with constant pain and suffering without let up?
What is it that finally makes you understand that "LIFE is worth living?"
I would never take my own life...so don't think this...its not an option or way out for me that I would ever choose...but I do find it hard to keep putting one foot in front of the other, day after day...especially when the pain gets to be too much....meds only do so much afterall.
And then there's all the losses I've had...so so many...is mind boggling.
Thanks for understanding and support.

hi cry,
as you said "med's don't work" they numb things for a while but take away the pain............. that would be a no.
talking/writing, strange as it may seem is the best way.
on here there are lots of people that can relate to the things you are going through.
not that any of us can say you should feel this or feel that... we all have our own stories to tell.
if you feel up to it please tell me why you feel the way you do.
as i said i dont have any answers but maybe it would help just to say why..

tc

i'm here if you want to talk.
