Like seashells that wash ashore
I'm not sure if your for peace or war
All I know is that with your laughter
Makes a memory of mine that makes it all matter.

So give me that chance to amuse
And hopefully it will diffuse
The wonder of how not to worry
about how it will all end in this strange ole story.

Also, I made a greeting card with this on the inside that I thought was more proper perhaps to send to my neighbor with cancer than the other stuff I've written.

Please, please my dear neighbor,
Don't feel like a bother,
To call or give me a holler,
When chores are stacked taller,
Or empty stomachs are calling,
Or just to be picked up when falling.
