Default Is it ADHD or ADD? - Free book

Hi,

After I was first diagnosed with ADHD-C I wanted to know all about it. But I was rather frustrated in not finding all the information I wanted in one place. Thus ended up writing a book about it. This book contains what I think is just about all anyone would want to know about ADHD-C and ADHD-I. It offers scientific proof that ADHD does indeed exist. And puts forward the idea and explains why ADHD-C and ADHD-I are most likely two unrelated in many ways conditions.

There are no tricks involved ie no need to leave email addresses etc.

Remeber this book is written by someone with ADHD and Dyslexia. However I did manage to achieve a B.Sc be it later in life than most.

You will find it on www.adhd.org.au. It is listed last in the menus on the left site of your screen.

Please enjoy, and I hope my muttings are of some assistance to you.
