Smile Laughter

Laughter

Laughter is the best weapon,
When you're feeling blue,
Smile and you will hit the target,
It's not difficult to do.
Laughter is the best medicine,
That can cure all ills,
Smile and you will feel better,
It's better than any pills.
Laughter is the best emotion,
When you're feeling low,
Smile and you will understand,
It's the only way to go!

I totally agree, Jaime. I just wish I would stop forgetting that so often.

Smirk So True!

If only we could ALWAYS remember!!!!! And if only others could learn! I have chronic pain, & used to have migraines (won't call my current headaches migraines, that's giving in to them!). People would ask how I could work and smile when I reported to work during my often 4 day long migraines. I'd tell them I couldn't just crawl under a rock (though that's what I felt like doing!), & besides - it takes less muscles to smile than to frown! And just think - when we smile, it helps us improve our mood, even if it starts as a fake smile! Keep hoping, because that's what keeps us going.
