Wink Interview with Susan Harrison Tustain:

Susan is from New Zealand. She is extremely talented and in this YouTube (which I found on WetCanvas), she is fascinating to listen to:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdaZ...ature=youtu.be

This interview is from a TV show there, called "Put Some Color in Your Life".

I was unaware that she is mostly self taught too... she mentions this on the video! She paints along as she is interviewed in this show which I found wonderful to watch.

That palette Susan uses, is a now vintage Anchor Hocking deviled egg plate.

I saw it in another YouTube video she made, and really... I had to have one, too. They are still available on Ebay... and I found one not too long ago for 5.99 + shipping.

I just watched another YouTube with Susan... She has a 2 minute one explaining her "egg plate"... which she found at a "car boot sale" (garage sale in US). She claims they are rare now and cost upwards of $70! Maybe in NZ, but here I found some today still on Ebay for less than $10. heheheheheh.

She says she gets many questions about the plate, so she made a video about it only...

I really like her voice and manner...so gracious and sensitive!
