"Butterflying"
On colorful wings looking for stops,
Gently landing on flower tops.
Certain times of the year it begins,
My yard is covered in lazy motion,
Of flapping rainbow wings.
They gather eager to pollinate
Pesticide free zone, they congregate
Soon on fragile wings they fly,
Flapping and waving they say good-bye.

A tiny window washing clean,
Looking threw, what is seen?
Small bits of a soul inside
Past , present stretch then collide.
A window into who I am.
A window to where I’ve been.
But no clear view of where I’m going,
Because myself is still busy growing.
Spraying washing a new window view,
A change of scene is well overdue.

Steamy and Bothered

All these sensations that haunt me...like being hypnotized!

This is what I came up with, not very exciting or very positive, but I often feel like I'm in a quagmire, depression does that to me...

Caught in the quagmire,
I just can't escape it,
Sinking, drowning, dying,
My life, nothing left of it...
