Funny, I have been having those exact same thoughts lately. Being alive but not really a part of anything out there. I did make a call yesterday to the local Humane society and asked about volunteering. They said they NEED people to come in and Socialize with the animals. I can handle that. I suspect I will be falling in Love a whole lot on the near future. Maybe even acquire a new pet or two. I can't think of anything else right now that would make me happier. I looked at their website today and saw a couple Possible Victims. A little tabby female named Gabby. They said she likes to "talk". I wonder if she'll try to "Chat me up".

Uh Oh, looks like Gabby is gone but look at this little fella


I Love little baby cats. They are SO Loving and sweet.
