Journey into the dark abyss
Falling fast, feelings of emptiness Fleeting moments of doubt and remorse Dissipate as I run down this course Im feeling trapped now, a prisoner of my own fear I want to go away, I want to disappear But in this life I am required To provide for the child, the mother admired So back into the light I must roam Yearning to find my niche, a place to call home Things are much harder, this I have discovered But I know that I can do this job, that's why I am the mother. |
