Has anyone had the fluid from nose or urine tested for traces of csf?

they cannot test urine but nasal fluid can be tested for beta 2 transfering or tau test the sample has to be deep frozen asap and sent to the right lab

MY CSF leak was from the spine and was noted with a severe headache. currently I think Im having a small leak as have a constant headache that gets worse when I sit/stand. I dont get leakage from nose. sorry I cant help here.

I had read somewhere to test the drainage for proteins as spinal fluid has protein and mucus does not.
