Default Possible dura leak

13-year-old grandson fell from his bike.
Developed frontal headache that evening. It has not subsided in over a month. He has had MRI, CT scan, and lumbar puncture - all normal. Also acupuncture and pain meds. Med with narcotic stops the pain but obviously he cannot take that regularly. Nothing else gives him relief, except acupuncture did for a couple of hours.

He has missed school and does nothing but lay in bed in pain.
The neurologist says live with the pain (no diagnosis), referred him to physical therapist.
We think it is a dura leak from the spinal cord. The headache is worse when he is upright.
We are seeking a referral to Children's Hospital, Los Angeles. (HMO) We may need help to get him in at Cedars-Sinai which is better known for finding and treating this. Where do we turn now? Thank you for any and all help.
