Caffeine? Doesn't make a difference to me...

Lifting things? Sometimes, it just doesn't matter, you're gonna get the leak no matter what you do. I earned a couple of leaks after a stepped down funny off of a ladder one day.
Thanks for your message and for the recommendation. Yes, my dr is recognized and was highly spoken of by both my Gp and two different neurologists. I trust him. Both surgeries went fine. I had no complications, went home the next day. I think each case is different and a lot depends on our post-op life style. I might have overdone it in the gym, started too soon and went too fast, maybe too much yoga. Now I know my dura is pretty thin, so iit must've been too much for it.
Well, on Friday I'll have the stitches out and will see what my doc has to say. I have an MRI scheduled in a month... Ringing in the head is pretty strong....
