Default Is there such thing as CSF pooling?

I would like to know because I have a few "pressure" spots. Not fun.

Yes I am prettysure my face became swollen on one side a few weeks ago and sometimes it feels like it pools around my knees seems from exp and research there is fluid surrounding all joints so it would make sense for it to inflame them more.
