Default I can't think without talking

Hello,

I can't think without talking, even with my mouth closed and tongue still I make sounds when I think and sometimes words. I don't hear it but the people around me do, I was questioned at work about four years ago, until then I never noticed.
During the pandemic this got much worse to the point of trying to pay attention to external noises so I don't think and make sounds when I'm close to people.
I tried to search the Internet but I couldn't find similar situations so I thank you in advance for your attention. Sorry for the English, I'm not native. Tanks again.

Hello Natvares,
I see you posted on our Dementia forum - is this a diagnosis you have?
There could be many reasons for this inability to think without vocalizing.
Have you consulted any qualified health professionals about it?

If you post a little more about any health conditions or symptoms you may have, that may also give more insight
