Hi Azazel,
Yes, it is normal to have a suture wrap around an adjacent tooth. Try not to disturb those wrapped sutures as it will pull the entire suture out.
It is important to keep your mouth very clean. Brush and floss all areas except the teeth that have the sutures wrapped around them. Rinsing with warm salt water several times a day will help keep the debris out of the extraction site and off of the sutures.
I assume you have an appointment with the dentist to remove those sutures? If not, then you will need one because generally sutures around other teeth are not dissolvable.
The bleeding in the area of those sutures could be from a build up of plaque so do the rinsing :-)
