Question lonterm nico sufferer

Hi,
I am new to this forum and not even sure I know what I am doing, anyway, I was diagnosed with Nico in 1997. I had surgery on my upper and lower jaw and felt somewhat better. I still had issues however, and had to do hydrogen peroxide/water rinses through my sinuses in order to have a normal life. That worked for years until recently, when the rinses started to cause pressure on my inner ear and dizziness. Because I can no longer do the rinses, my symptoms are slowly coming back. My symptoms involved some facial pain, but are mostly systemic in that I suffer from severe fatigue, muscle and joint aches, memory loss and lack of ability to concentrate. I have discovered that my local doctor that did the surgeries in '97 is longer in practice and I have been searching the internet for doctors who do treat it and find they are apparently no longer practicing either. I also read that there was a lawsuit a few years ago against some of the doctors who treat this illness. Can anyone lead me to some kind of help? I hate to slip back into being semi bedridden again!
Thank you!

Hi badjaw,

I'm so sorry for your pain! You have endured so much and now it's manifesting in other ways..... oh boy

Have you looked into the IAOMT organization? If not, check out IAOMT.org. The dentists that partake in this organization are educated beyond the typical dental school and some of them, especially the oral surgeons have treated your type of dental problems.

Please let me know what you find out.

Bryanna
