Default Bryanna ? ( yup again )

Hey remember me ?? My tooth seems to be fine now only a very slight discomfort when eating something like dry oatmeal and probably not even noticable then if I wasnt gun shy.
One question though, I noticed the other day I had a feeling like my heartbeat in my gum ahead of that molar for only like 5 seconds then it was gone, what would this be ??

Again I AM gunshy bigtime. No hot or cold sensitivity etc

Whacha think
