Default Two sinus repairs. Worried!!

Hi,

A week ago I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed my top teeth were a bit difficult and had grown into my sinus cavity. As a result I had to have two sinus repairs.
For the last week I have been sneezing through my mouth, been real good with taking my meds, using a nasal spray three times a day and doing a face steam with eucalyptus. However today I was hanging with my friend and I needed to sneeze. It all happened to fast and i forgot how to make it come through my mouth and I sneezed twice through my nose like half like kind held it in so it then went through my nose kinda thing. I am very worried I dont want to have re-opened the two holes in my sinus passage.....

Everything seems fine still it was only an hour ago but im worried. What symptoms should I be expecting if it has re-opened????????

I know this probably isnt very importaqnt compared to lots of other problems but it is bothering me and it would be really helpful/great if some one could answer me. Ive been watching the threads for a while and they are so helpful.

Thank you kindly.

Hi Daisys,

What did your dentist recommend that you use as a nasal spray?

The symptoms of a sinus perf are.....a feeling of an abnormal air exchange between your mouth to your nose..... a salty taste... abnormal sinus drainage..... while drinking the liquid may come out your nose..... just to name a few.

If you are not having any unusual symptoms similar to the above list, then chances are that you are ok.
