Red face Jaw pain, Sore Throat , Burning in Throat

Hi heres my story maybe you can shed some light.
Late 30s female no health problems to date, was on no medications don't smoke or drink .
My symptoms are sore throat on left, bilateral jaw pain , ear pulsating, burning and sore tongue in the back. I also have chills at night and live in Miami .
I started with a sore throat on my left side in Oct 2010. Had a physical and did extensive blood work, everything checked out fine. Put on amoxo for 10 days. Did nothing. Hurt to talk .
November. Referred to highly recommeded ENT DR who looked at my throat with a scope and put me on anti reflux. No improvement. Now starting to get worse more pain. Back to ENT- thyroiditis this time, predni pack and Cefdiner this time. I felt better, but came back 2 weeks later much more pain and still taking Tylenol and Motrin to manage. Referred to Thyroid Dr who did more blood work and my T3 & T4 cells were fine.

In between all this called 911 twice because my throat felt like it was closing up. So still pain getting worse by the week and starting to interfere on my quality of life and I'm panicking now.
Back to ENT- 2 CT scans and you guessed it, they are fine.

So my mother takes me to Head and Neck Dept of Univ of Miami Jackson Hospital who says nuerologia and possible cartadynia. Referred to psythitrist who says nope its Neurology. He orders Brain MRI and Neck MRI and writes me prescription for Mobic which I took 2 and couldn't remember my dogs name and promptly threw them in the trash.

I was getting good and mad at this point that all these people couldn't figure this out and I took matters in my own hands, did my GYN checkup to rule anything out and again all good. Went to Dentist for first time in 6 years
(please I know !) and 2 teeth extracted (I think 30 & 31?- lower right side )
no problem. Root Canal on #18 with more amoxo and pow pain subsides.

Which brings us to now. I went for my crown and porc filling and just as fast as the pain retreated it was BACK IN FULL FORCE . Went back the next day and he took off the crown which brought some relief but left filling.
Now my question is he and 2 other Dentists in his practice swear this tooth is fine, there is slight inflammation behind near gum that they cleaned but they don't want to pull a perfectly healthy tooth. He also mentioned he felt something hard under that tooth but nothing in xray- he asked if i had my wisdom teeth out and i did but can't remember if it was 3 or 4. The pain is unbearable and is fully wrapped itself around my jaw, it hurts to talk by the end of the day .
Oh and I have major TMJD and have been wearing a nightguard since last week but not bringing any relief.
I am now on blood pressure mediciation , went from 110/70 to 184/110.
I'm 5'2 and 105 lbs. Causing dizziness and swooshing in my ears .

I will see an oral surgeon - the best one in miami - when he gets back in 2 weeks but I'm barely holding on.
Possible jaw infection (my blood work shows normal white cell levels), submuscular ? Could a wisdom tooth be stuck under tooth and not show on xray? Any advice you can give would be welcome.

Thank you,
Alex

Default I am in middle of this

I have a jaw MD that is working on me.I already did MRI of TMJ and a CBTC scan of TMJ and he will get back to me after he reviews everything. My story is long so I will make very short.I got in car accident in 2011 which resulted in a Traumatic Brain Injury and a bunch of other stuff.Fro date of accident my jaw kept making a pop sound then 9months later locked, dropped, and swayed to one side.I had so much inflammation the jaw MD did measurments at that time and said it was dislocated. And he would not see me till I seen a neurologist because this accident. Finally got neuro and a year later of finding out TBI,PCS etc the inflammation is down and that is when a few weeks ago I went to get Special MRIs etc....now waiting to see what is going to happen I believe I will be wired shut to put back in place but I do not know for sure.
