Default gum blister

I have a repeated blister in the gum on the cheek side in one location. Returns about every third day.
No pain. No blood or pus. No bad taste. Just clear liquid.
Went away with antibiotics for about two weeks, then it returned.
Nearby teeth feel solid and normal.
What might it be?
