Exclamation 1st graft failed; now gum will not stay stitched together.

Hello. A brief history: See an implant specialist. Fell while taking photographs and damaged tooth 11. Pulled tooth and prepared for dental bone graft. Lost teeth 10 and 9 due to infection from graft. Graft removed. Tooth 11 was a baby tooth and tooth 10 a peg lateral. Tooth 9 had a root canal and cap from injury many years ago. Failed graft, infection and loss of two additional teeth. Baby tooth and peg lateral meant little bone developed naturally and graft absolutely necessary. 5 months after 1st graft 2nd graft now in place. All going well except gum in one area keeps opening exposing the graft. Had stitches to keep in place without NOVACAINE 1 week after 2nd graft. Now, two days later, gum opened up again. I do not want to lose another graft. Any suggestions for the dental implant specialist? The implant is not infected. The gums are fragile and won't stay together in that one area. I see the doctor tomorrow so any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
