Default Sinus Perf after simple extraction

Hi~
I had my wisdom tooth extracted, upper left, by a dentist -- simple extraction.
Question: Would I know if I had a sinus perf? It has been almost 4 weeks and I still get pressure on off and referred soreness, no pain. My sinus on that side of the extraction is a bit plugged but it was on/off before the extraction. I know Bryanna said that it sounds like I am healing fine, per my last thread, but after reading this board, I am worried about a sinus perf. How would I know? I called the dentist yesterday and she said no, that did not happen -- but I feel so scared with this damn extraction site taking so long to heal. It still looks pink and there is a "hole". I also have anxiety issues so I think this is contributing to my panic. Thank God I dont have any more wisdom teeth and I pray I never have to get a tooth pulled again. I find this whole ordeal very traumatic.
Bryanna, your thoughts on poss perf? I do not have a nosebleed....never did and no fever. I just have this on/off sensitivity or "feeling" at the extraction site. Any advice would be appreciated!!! Thanks~
