Default Nerve damage /Facial tightness

I am at a loss. Oral surgeon and the ENT said sinuses are clear. I know there has been cases of injections causing nerved damage like Trigeminal neuralgia. The neurologist said it was an anxiety reaction from the injection and that it would go away. This was in May. I have facial tightness as if someone was pulling my face from the neck and I think thats why my breathing seems off . Has anyone had or heard of facial tightness after dental work. I dont have any shooting pain. Its tightness and the intensity varies. At times, left side of the cheek has a burning sensation. Im constantly congested and no nasal meds help that much. When I do have a clear nose, breathing does not feel natural or refreshing. Im horrified that I will permanently be like this for the rest of my life. The quality of my life has changed.
