Default jaw pain, sore throat

Hi everyone! I hope someone can help and give me some advice. In August 2012, I started feeling sick (fatigue, sweating at times but not severe, no fever, achy, sore throat mostly on left side, and left side jaw pain with clicking along jaw bone. Felt like I was fighting an infection of some sort. The pain is not severe, but bothersome and mostly constant. Also a swollen lymph node in neck also on left side.) I went to the dentist thinking it could be my teeth. He did the tapping of the 2 back lower teeth on left side with no pain, and tried to see if they were loose at all. They were not. Took x-rays and thought he could see a slight shadowing (abscess) near the roots of those teeth but wasn't sure. Gave me Cephalexin for 10 days and to come back in about 2 weeks. Felt better at second appt., lymph node went down took more x-rays, the doctor said he wasn't sure about an abscess, thought he saw slight shadowing. Still clicking in jaw and slight jaw aches. Referred me to an Endontist. Went there, took x-rays of those 2 teeth, teeth tapping with no pain, cold put on teeth with no pain. Endontist said there is no shadowing by these teeth. Maybe jaw clicking is TMJ with some muscular pain, she said. Now, January 2013. Felt sick again, same symptoms, sore throat on left side, swollen node. Went to my general doctor who looked in throat and prescribed Cephalexin. Got blood work done, came back normal. Have been off antibiotics for 4 days, throat is sore, lymph node down, jaw clicks and has a dull pain to it. What doctor should I go to? Ear, nose throat? Or is this dental related? Is this a jaw infection ? or would that have showed up in the x-rays somehow? I can and was always able to eat and chew, on that side. Jaw isn't as sore when I wake up. Gets sore as I stress out, eat, talk? Could the lymph node be making my jaw click? Jaw has never really been swollen as far as I can tell. Sorry for being so lengthy. Thanks for any help!
