Default Rootcanal infection turned into dry socket, still not done...:(

Okay...3 weeks ago the left side of my upper jaw started hurting ...A LOT. after 2 rounds of amoxcillin...we narrowed it down to 3 adjacent teeth that had rootcanals done. both rooths had suspicous dark crecents underneath. i couldnt tell which tooth should come out since the hurt was more in my jaw and my ear. we took the 1 st molar out. presssure in my jaw and ear went away. after 2 days the pain came back DOUBLE. I did have a bloodclot ...but they took it out to be able to clean the socket. so hello dry socket!
They gave me 400mg metronadizole. and that seemed to work for a while. now a week after the inititial extraction...the socket feels ok. but random teeth in my mouth started to hurt. taking turns. and the tooth behind the one that was taken out(that looked bad) is hurting continiously now. and i feel sick.
Guess i should have it taken out? shame of the expensive rootcanal and crown its ahs been fiine for over 2 years.
I have about 3 or so other rootcanals and crown aswell. and on some teeth the gums just seems to retract to the root. they dont actually hurt or have rootcanals however. Im 36 and this the first tooth that has ever had to come out

Can the first bad tooth and dry socket have caused other teeth to have problems aswell? even if they are on the other side of my mouth?

I have been on 4 courses of antibiotics for 23 weeks now and nothing seems to help. some days i feel no pain at all...and things seem ok. and then all the misery just comes back.
