thank you so much I have a dentist appointment in the morning. I have another question. I notice that when I breathe in through my nose I can fill pressure around the sore tooth, could that be from the possible sinus issue? The constant throbbing pain in my gums around the adjacent teeth concerns me also as well as the tooth being loose could there be something going on with my gums around that tooth or is that normal after an extraction.

Hi Dorseykd,
The pressure you feel when you breathe in could be related to a sinus perforation. Make sure to explain that sensation to the dentist. The throbbing pain around the adjacent teeth could also be related to a sinus issue and/or it could be an accumulation of plaque built up around the gum line which is actually gum related but could cause the teeth to throb. The loose tooth needs to be x-rayed. It could be a periodontal problem or a fractured tooth. So make sure you explain all of these issues to the dentist. By the way.... is this your general dentist or an oral surgeon? Bryanna Quote:
