Default Molar is decayed, causing infection in my sinus?

I'm not sure exactly is the title describes what going on accurately. Well, a couple months ago I discovered that my tooth decay had 'connected' to my sinus. This was not really bothering me. A little while ago, I discovered that I could "suck out" some bad tasting/smelling stuff through that tooth. Oh and this is the tooth number 14. Okay, and even more recently, I found out that I could "push" air through it. I could forced air through my tooth with my tongue and it would go into my sinus then out my nose. When I suck on my tooth. I get a sinus pain/headache for a while then the next day the pain would subside. The tooth has not been hurting or anything. However, I am starting to get concerned because I'm able to push air through it and I just recent;y had a sinus infection in the same nostril (and I'm assuming that this is due to the tooth decay that connects with this sinus). I don't know what to do here and help would be appreciated. Thank you.
