Default Fear

all I read about regarding fear is it's not rational , this is total bunk , if you have a fear it is very rational to you and don't let anyone lay a guilt trip on you and make it seem you are inadequate , everyone has fears of something , even a Dentist , the way they talk about fear they come across as the most fearless people in the world , so you have a fear of something , big deal , it's your fear and you know how you feel ,they don't , example , lets say you fear death , so based on what some would say is not rational would they also say , well if you have this fear maybe you should kill yourself and you will see it's not that bad , now that's irrational , anyway to everyone that has fears I welcome you to the real world and when you are faced with having to deal with this fear and you don't run from it you know what you are then , a Very Very Brave person , so be proud
