Default 2nd premolar #4 never came in

all these years I could not understand why I only counted 31 teeth , the dentist yesterday told me I don't have my 2nd premolar #4 and when he showed me in the mirror it popped out like a sore thumb and why I never even saw that is beyond me and I spend so much time looking at my teeth and to not notice that amazes me, he said it happens and is rare , just wondering how rare , does that make me special rare or freeky rare , and all these years I thought I was perfect lol , so how rare is this ???
