Default Could pain in abdomin be related to bad tooth

Hello,
I have had pain on left side for over 1 year
I have had multiple ct scans, ercp, ex-rays etc.
Found cyst on tail of my pancreas.(thought to be from alcahol use)
I have had zero alcahol for 1 year.
Been through many treatments,Physicle therapy, injections, nerve pills, muscle relaxers etc.
Have not told any Doctors about bad tooth(second from the back on lower left side).
Could pain on left side be caused by tooth.
Thanks in advance for any response.
