Default had 6 implantsw for full dentures

[ I have had some bad experiences with dentists. I went to a doctor who said I would be better to have all teeth pulled because it wold be cheaper than to fix the ones the last dentist messed up. So I let him pull 12 out one week than pull 12 out the next week. He made surgery teeth for me that did not fit at all. When I tried to explain he just brushed me off of course I had already paid up front. I told him I wanted the rest of my money back for the work he had done and he did not give it all back he , raised his prices because I had not go thru with letting him do it all. I went to another dentist who was a surgeon and he said I had all kinds of bones lose floating so he cut my gums all the around and removed the lose bones . I waited for it to heal for 1 month , but it did not heal. So I went to a dentist who was a professor who taught dentists. He did an x-ray and it showed I still had roots broke off in my gums. So he had to do the gum surgery all over. While he was in there he went ahead and put the two implants in the bottom. It was pretty bad. I had a blood clot swell up under my tongue from a bleeder and it was so painful and so big I could not close my mouth. I went back the next day and he gave me medicine and tried to drain some of the blood, so it did give me some relief. So I waited for 6 months and then he did the upper ones . He took another scan this time and said I needed to have a guide made so the implants would be positioned exactly where they should be. So we paid $1,000 for a guide and when it came it we did the implants. Was really sore and painful for about 2 months , but made it thru it. This dentist only puts implants in and dose surgery on gums and roots. Well I went back the other day for him to expose the implants and put caps on. When he went to put the caps on he got 2 in the bottom done, then he got 2 in the top done , but he could not find the third implant, so he did an exray the implant was way back father then it should have been , but he did not say anything to me about it. He went and got the guide and put it in my mouth and his assistant said why is those implants back here. The dentist did not answer. When I got ready to leave the dentist always talked to me , but he just laid my file down and walked off. The desk clerk said to call if I had any problems. But this dentist was going to do the imbutments too. When I got home I saw why , 2 off my implants was almost in the front of my mouth and the other 2 was on the left side. I was called the next day and found out the dentist who is making the teeth will be doing the imbutement, my implant dentist just turn me over to him with out a word. When I went to see the dentist who is making my teeth , he said the guide was not centered in my mouth and that was why the other dentist could not find the implants with an xray. Now the ones that are on the left side is almost touching my sinus , when I ask the new dentist if this was going to cause any problems he said we would just have to wait and see. This is going to cost me $4,000 more for the abutements and if it causes problem then the implants will have to be removed or I will have to have a sinus lift. Why can't they tell if it will cause promblems before I pay all this money. The dentist that put the implants in said he would do the imbutements, because he did not think the dentist making my teeth qualified. But now he has turned me over to him with out even calling me. Do you have any ideal what I should do?

Hi and welcome
I moved your post off that other older thread so that you have your own thread with any replies all together for you.

Hi shortstuff,

You poor thing. This whole situation is a dental nightmare. Are you being treated in the US or what other country? Had you not had regular dental care for many years prior to the initial oral surgery?

Did you see dentists who are in private practice or are you being treated in a clinic type practice with several different dentists?
