Default Bryanna, need your advise again....plz

I went to my dentist I love and trust and he finally gave me the diagnosis I have been searching for. Tooth number 4 its had an electric current and has had one for at least 7 yrs only when a dental instriment metal touched the tooth. Now the tooth had graduated to that electric shock when I ate eggs, twice. Now since my tooth cleaning in june I have the strongest pain in the root of the tooth the pain goes to a 10 and last for 3 seconds. Long story short he diagnosed the tooth root has a fracture, and he immediatly went to a root canal and crown. I said no, I want it pulled, he was in my opinion anti-tooth extraction. I want the tooth pulled, I have pain, tooth sensitivty severe, and electric current now when I eat, that part is new. I went to sinuse doctor and ruled out the severe cheek pain, its all connected to the fracture. How and what kind of dentist do I approach to get this done. I really want him to pull the tooth he did the last one with gentleness I want this done yesterday. There is a 50-50 chance this fracture is savable, and pay 550.00 for a maybe, and the long run wont it fracture more still with or without a root canal. I dont want want a root canal at all. Please advise....Thank you
