Default Lump under ear

Hope I am posting in the right section. I have developed a pea sized lump under my ear on the jaw bone and I am getting quite worried about it. It is quite hard but no pain at all. I know I have a infection in my back tooth but never went to get it sorted. I know silly me. anyway could this be the source? Should I go see the doc or dentist?

Thanks
