Default Pain in molar after pre molar inlay

Hi, I have come here today to see if I can find any information about what might be wrong.

I'm 27, male and have no known health problems.

Last Thursday my inlay fell off of my right side pre molar. I got in on the Monday just gone. My dentist re fitted the inlay and has the bite perfect so it seems. Any way I seem to have a problem with the molar behind the new inlay. Its become very achy. I have done the hot and cold test and there is no pain to either of them. They feel the same as my other remaining teeth when I put the hot and cold water on them. Also I can bite fine on both my inlay and the molar behind and not get any pain either.

My problem is the molar behind the inlay seems to keep aching and it also feels like its being pulled by my inlay tooth. There seems to be some pressure type feel to it. Now the molar in question seems to be ok health wise. My dentist said its fine and I had one of the x-rays where you can see every tooth and hold it up to a light board. He could not see anything wrong with my other teeth. Now one thing I notice is the molar seems to hurt when I press on one of the edges! Also on the edge at the bottom where the gum meets the tooth its feels very sensitive for no reason.

I'm currently taking amoxicillin as I had my upper wisdom tooth extracted 2 weeks ago and over the weekend it started to feel painful so my dentist gave me that to take 3x a day at strength 500mg. My worry is that what if I had an infection in that molar and having the inlay reset yesterday actually flared it up but the amoxicillin is calming it down?

I have had to see him about 4 times in two months and I just worrying I'm starting to annoy him I suffer from social anxiety and PTSD so going to the dentist is a big deal to me and I don't want him and his dental nurse to think I keep making everything up!

I will include some pictures and try to put a circle around where it hurts. If you need any more pictures or information then please ask.

Thank you.

P.s I have to admit I have been constantly poking it with my finger and tongue all day trying to find the pain. Could this possibly inflame the tooth behind?
